Roycon Express is a multi-vendor marketplace where many independent sellers list products. We provide secure checkout and buyer protection while each vendor fulfills your order.
Add items to cart, go to checkout, choose shipping address and payment method, then confirm. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
You can browse without an account, but you need an account to place orders, track deliveries, and manage returns.
Shipping destinations are set by each vendor. Check the Shipping section on the product page to see where that item can be delivered.
Delivery time is shown on the product page and at checkout. Typical timelines are 1–5 business days domestic and 5–15 business days international.
Yes. Go to My Account → Orders → Track. If the vendor provides a carrier and tracking number, it will appear there.
If your cart has items from different vendors, each vendor ships their items separately, so orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
If the order is still Processing, contact the vendor from Orders → Contact Seller to request a change. Once packed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Open My Account → Orders → View Details → Download Invoice to get a PDF copy for your records.
We accept major cards, mobile money where available, bank transfer in supported regions, and Roycon Wallet. Options may vary by country.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and tokenization. Card details are processed by certified providers and are not stored in full on our servers.
A stored balance you can top up and use at checkout. Refunds can return to your wallet for faster reuse.
Go to My Account → Wallet → Deposit, select a payment method, and follow the prompts. Funds usually appear instantly or within a few minutes.
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in new and unused condition with original packaging. Some categories such as perishables, intimate items, custom goods, and digital downloads may be non-returnable. See the Returns tab on each product page.
Go to My Account → Orders → View Details → Request Return, select a reason, and follow the instructions. The vendor will review and provide the next steps.
After the vendor receives and inspects the item, the refund is issued within 3–7 business days to the original payment method or your Roycon Wallet.
You can cancel while the order is Processing. If it has already been packed or shipped, please request a return instead.
Your payment is held in escrow until delivery is confirmed. If your order is not received, damaged, or not as described, you can open a dispute and we will help resolve it.
From Orders → View Details → Open Dispute. Describe the issue and add photos or videos if relevant. Our support team will mediate between you and the vendor.
Fees are set by each vendor based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier. Exact costs are shown on the product page and at checkout.
After delivery, you can rate products and vendors. Reviews help other buyers and encourage vendors to maintain quality service.
Vendors must comply with our authenticity and IP policies. If you suspect a counterfeit, report it from the order page and we will investigate.
Yes. Apply valid coupons at checkout. Some coupons are vendor-specific; others are site-wide. Terms are shown on each coupon.
Prices may or may not include taxes depending on your region. For international shipments, customs duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Click “Become a Seller,” complete registration, verify your email, add business details, and list your products. Our team may review certain categories before approval.
